CHANDLER, AZ. On February 11, 2002, Manetco Financial Group President Randy Hansen announced candidacy for the District 12 Director's seat of the Salt River Project. Asked why a membership on the board was important to him, Hansen replied, "I have lived in the East Valley for nearly 10 years. I think the combination of my business acumen and desire to preserve our quality of life in Phoenix lend to my being an ideal candidate.
