CHANDLER, AZ. On April 8, 2002, Manetco Financial Group announced participation and membership in the Better Business Bureau of Central/Northern Arizona. Randy Hansen, Manetco's President, said, "I have been an advocate of the BBB for many years. As a consumer, knowing that a company I am about to give my money to is a BBB member is a big assurance that if I ever have unresolved problems with that company's products or services, I have a good chance of reaching resolution through the Better Business Bureau."
Manetco will participate in the Membership Identification Program. "This means that we will uphold the Bureau's procedures to resolve customer complaints", continued Hansen, "including mediation and arbitration if necessary. Customer's can use our services with confidence, knowing we will do whatever is needed to ensure their satisfaction."
To become a member of the Better Business Bureau, a company must, among other requirements, have been in business within the Bureau's service area for at least one year, sign a pledge to uphold Bureau policies, fulfill all government license and bond requirements for the company's stated business, and be free of any governmental action against its business practices. Additionally, the company must provide the Bureau with positive references from other members of the business community, adhere to the Bureau's standards for ethical advertising, and support the principles and purposes of the Bureau*.
