CHANDLER, AZ. On September 20, 2002, Manetco Financial Group announced it is offering a new direct dial, long distance telephone service. Long distance services are provided by Capsule Communications Inc, a Covista Company. The new rate plan is called HomeRunLD, and provides very competitive rates for both low and high volume callers.
Manetco evaluates products and services that we believe would provide value for our clients. Any product that we recommend will have been used and tested by us for at least one year, and we will have determined that the provider offers excellent customer service and product quality/reliability. Also, any company that we recommend must have a positive record with and be a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau.
"One of the problems with long distance providers," said Randy Hansen, Manetco's President, "is that they either have high per minute rates, or they charge monthly account or minimum usage fees per plan. And they are impossible to reach by phone when you need account service." Indeed, even in today's de-regulated, so-called open competition market, most anyone who has ever had to call one of the big three carriers for after-the-sale service can attest to the headache of getting through to a "live" customer service person.
