| You provide us with a financial power of attorney that allows us to conduct financial transactions on
your behalf. We change the “mailing address” of your bills to our PO box. As we receive your bills we will pay them within terms and on time. We will also pay recurring payments for which you do not receive a bill, such as rent or loan payments. If you receive a “one time” or new bill during the month, such as a doctor bill, just call us or fax it to us, we’ll pay it. If you have debt, we will prioritize payments toward your most expensive debt first, helping you reduce debt as quickly as possible. At month end we will send you a detailed report of all the bills we paid for you, and then draft your checking account accordingly for the total amount. If needed, we will work with you to establish a budget so you have sufficient cash flow each month to cover your expenses. |
